I am an objective/content neutral person that enables groups and organizations to work more effectively, to understand their common objectives and to achieve desired results. My role is to engage everyone to do their best thinking and ensure participation from everyone. You would not be prevented from participating in the group discussion/process, by having to focus on keeping the dialogue going or managing group dynamics. You could be fully engaged, contributing to the ideas and solutions, while I handle the rest.
Facilitation for 1 hour to multiple days, I’ve helped small (3) and large (over 200) groups achieve their goals in strategic planning, team cohesiveness, talent review, shared vision, functional alignment, and conflict resolution.
A group of people asked about their perceptions, opinions, beliefs, and attitudes towards a product, service, concept, or idea. Companies wanting customer input on product mix, community attitudes on services, or employee perceptions about the organizational climate have retained me to address these needs.
