Conduct (virtual) individual 1:1s with (up to 15) staff to assess their perspectives on team functioning (what’s working, what needs improvement), and team coaching readiness (approximately 30-minutes per person). Aggregated results will be incorporated into the Team sessions.

Gather key stakeholder input (from 4-6 external) to obtain the Voice of the Customer (VOC) via an online survey. Share themes with leadership and incorporate them into team sessions.

Administer (for up to 15 staff), online assessment of motivational drivers, with the Inventory for Work Attitude and Motivation, generate individual reports, conduct group debrief. Generate Team communication/ culture summaries.
